Guernsey Cyber Rules

When Laws and Regulations are introduced you know that it is the start of a journey no matter where you are operating your business from in the world. For regulated entities in Guernsey, their new Cyber Security Rules had to be implemented by 9th August 2021. The Regulator will now be checking that implementation and the approach to cyber risk management as part of its regulatory PRISM reviews. If you are a Guernsey regulated business are you ready?
